  1. Enjoyed the show Terry, and the new direction of the podcast – loved Eric’s approach to not worry about upsellling / squeezing every dollar from customers at every opportunity. I think sometimes typical internet marketing tactics can be a bit short sighted when trying to build up a real brand.

    1. Yeah, on the other hand there is a legitimate concern of leaving money on the table, but where that fine line is becomes hard to determine. And for every store, it’s probably at a different point due to brand equity and such.
